Mary Feder
Finance/Accounting, ERP implementation, Process  Re-engineering, Solution Sourcing


Mary Feder, Principal Consultant with Impact 21 Group has over 25 years of experience in the petroleum retail channel in a variety of business management and accounting positions. She has an outstanding track record in developing and implementing policies, programs, and procedures for optimum productivity and proficiency. Her experience in creating, designing, and re-engineering corporate business infrastructure, to support changes in business requirements has bridged the gap between the business community and financial systems.

Most recently, Mary was Manager, Pricing and Market Research for Gilbarco Veeder-Root and was responsible for the pricing activities of a $650m global company, which included the costing and pricing for a diverse family of products in the retail petroleum marketplace. She also managed the reporting activities and analyzed information to identify opportunities to increase profits. In addition to increasing service station equipment gross profits year over year, Mary also managed the implementation of a web-based automated pricing discount request and authorization program, resulting in reduced process times of over 80%.

At Gilbarco, Mary was also Manager, Third Party Products, responsible for preparing proposals, negotiating, and administering contracts for the Retail
Management Solutions Group. She was responsible for customer specific initiatives designed for the integration of additional software products with
Gilbarco’s back office system. This included development of system specifications for an accounting interface to financial systems that utilized an “out of the box” standard rather than a customized interface, resulting in streamlining development cost and time. Additionally, she developed a customer specific
interface specification for SAP and Bizware products.

Mary spent three years at Pricewaterhouse Cooper in Houston, TX as part of a global outsourcing from BP Amoco. She was responsible for providing innovative business consulting, business process design, system integration, and application design. She also provided management consulting to leading
commercial organizations in multiple industries worldwide. Prior to joining Pricewaterhouse. Prior to her assignment at Pricewaterhouse Cooper, she spent
nine years at BP Amoco Corporation in various assignments including International Business Consultant responsible for design, configuration and
implementation of a mid-size ERP system utilized extensively in the international area. She was in country Project Manager for successful
implementations in Hong Kong, Sharjah and Venezuela.

Mary spent an additional three years at BP in various global assignments including Manager, Point of Sale in Warsaw, Poland and Business Analyst in Monterrey, Mexico. She was also Accounting Supervisor in Thomasville GA, responsible for supporting all store accounting functions for 200 company owned facilities in a newly formed organization.

Mary began her career as Manager of Administration with National Health Agency Associates in St. Petersburg, FL, where she supervised a
stay of 25 associates in all phases of financial and business administration to support over 300 insurance agents. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Business
