Ken Fulmer, Partnering Consultant with Impact 21 Group, LLC has over 20 years of experience in Petroleum Refining and Marketing Applications and Business. Ken's areas of expertise include; Strategic IT Planning and Architecture, Systems Development & Operations, Business Process Management, ERP Management, Technology and Innovation Management. Prior to joining Impact 21 Group, Ken served as Senior IT Executive at Sunoco Inc., as Director of Applications, Divisional CIO, ERP Project Manager and IT Manager. Ken has developed several practice areas including Business Intelligence, Advanced Analytics, System Development Life Cycle, Quality and Project Management and Business Process. Ken managed several large projects including; Business Intelligence, Documentation & Collaboration, Web Service, Portals and drove value added business applications. Managed merger and acquisition of IT and Petrochemical companies from start to finish, implemented an Outsourced Infrastructure model using a multi-sourcing strategy and implemented PMO, project managed ERP and Web Infrastructure.
