President of Impact 21 Group, LLC, has over 17 years of practical and technical experience in the petroleum / convenience and retail industries. As President of Impact 21 Group, Lisa has been focused on working with retailers, suppliers and solution providers on building business infrastructure and leveraging returns on investment for corporate and store level retail technologies. Lisa is a frequent facilitator and speaker for NACS and was a member of various NACS EDI and Pricebook synchronization committees responsible for developing EDI standards. She participated in developing the NACS EDI 101 handbook and training sessions for the convenience store industry and is a regular speaker in various channels on retail automation in the convenience Industry. Lisa is a PCATS Class A Board Member and Chair of the PCATS Certification Committee. She has been a long time member of the various NACS Standards committees and assisted in the development and training of the NACS EDI 101 Handbook for the Convenience Store Industry. Prior to forming Impact 21 Group, Lisa was Pricebook Manager for Speedway SuperAmerica, LLC, a joint venture between Marathon Oil and Ashland, Inc. Lisa was responsible for pricebook management for scanning and non-scanning stores. Lisa's focus at Speedway SuperAmerica was on retail automation for pricebook management, store merchandising and inventory management systems. Lisa also held a variety of special assignments during the joint venture in the areas of EDI, Pricebook and point-of-sale (POS) integration. Prior to the joint venture, Lisa was Pricebook Manager for SuperAmerica Group, a division of Ashland, Inc. Lisa also served as a POS technical advisor for back office and POS systems. Lisa is a graduate of Eastern Kentucky University with a degree in Marketing.
