Patti was formerly the IT and Pricebook Manager for Ricker Oil Company and has 14 years of experience in the petroleum / convenience retail industry. Her experience includes senior level management team participation and decision making for retail technology. She was responsible for project managing the implementation and all upgrade processes of two store retail technology packages including POS, Back Office, Home Office and Accounting. Her experience also includes: setup, rollout and daily maintenance of two Central Pricebook systems, has developed and managed the day to day maintenance of a store support center, implemented RF vendor receiving with line item receiving and auditing. She was responsible for coordinating the development and setup of a data warehouse for Business Intelligence reporting. Patti is a frequent speaker at NACStech and industry events.
