Partnering Consultant with Impact 21 Group, LLC, is a Senior Retail-Marketing Executive with over 20 years experience in the Grocery, Convenience Store and Business Intelligence Industry; including a record of accomplishment directing Category Management and identifying incremental new business opportunities. She is an experienced team leader who has the proven ability to successfully develop and apply leading-edge technologies, processes and solutions to achieve corporate growth, profitability goals and increased customer satisfaction.

She began her career with the Fays Drugs Company and then the A. C .Nielsen company, with a focus on Supermarkets, C-Stores, CPG Manufacturers and Business Intelligence.

Francine then held multiple positions within the Tops/Ahold organization; Category Manager, Synergy Facilitator, Senior Manager in the Retail Information Technology / Spacemanagement Department and she directed the implementation of Category Management, development of all Category Business Plans and oversaw the application of data, tools, training, and process in the areas of marketing, merchandising, procurement, supply chain, advertising and execution. She was a key player on the Ahold Marketing/Merchandising Executive Steering Team designed to ensure Best in Class designation in all areas.

She has proven success evaluating, recommending, justifying and implementing new software and hardware solutions, experience with business process re-engineering and strong knowledge of retail decision support software and hardware environments. She can effectively communicate value proposition to upper management and possesses the ability to establish and maintain strong client relationships. Francine has also been a speaker/facilitator for Category Management and Spacemanagement.

In 2002 she founded PowerSolutions, providing the industry hands on functionality, expertise, guidance and outsourcing capabilities for Retailers and Suppliers to become more efficient, effective and productive in their Spacemanagement, Business Intelligence and Merchandising efforts; in an effort to assist them in achieving their Customer Loyalty, Market Share and Profitability goals.

She received a Bachelor Degree of Science in International Marketing from the State University of New York at Buffalo, in addition to completing many industry specific programs.
