Robin Marutiak

Principal Consultant with Impact 21 Group, has over 11 years of experience in the petroleum/convenience retail industry. With Impact 21 Group, she has worked on and off-site with retailers as Learning & Development Documentation Coordinator during implementation of their new BOS software. She was responsible for writing training material to span three classes of trade - franchise operation, commissioned-agent operation, and company-owned operation. Prior to joining the Impact 21 team, Robin held numerous positions with Sunoco, Inc., including Accounts Payable Supervisor, Pricebook Coordinator and Maintenance Coordinator. As Pricebook Coordinator, she was responsible for the initial building of Sunoco's PLU Pricebook and eventually was the lead while building the item level pricebook. She was responsible for the training of the initial pricebook department and implemented a number of processes to promote efficient daily workflows within the group. Robin has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Rosemont College and a Masters in Business and Project Management from Colorado Technical University.
