Her career began in operations where she held positions ranging from sales associate to store manager. After opening and managing several new stores; she joined Irving Oils newly formed marketing department as the Pricebook Manager. During her tenure as the pricing manager she implemented retail automation and managed pricebook for 500 locations throughout the United States and Canada. She was also involved in the set up and implementation of Irving's loyalty marketing initiatives. Her involvement and input led to her joining the startup company Override as the Customer Relations Manager, where she successfully implemented both an external and internal helpdesk to service customers and locations.
