Matt Pytosh, Principal Consultant with Impact 21 Group, also serves as Retail Automation and Learning & Development Project Manager with over 22 years of experience in the petroleum/convenience retail industry. With Impact 21 Group, he has worked on-site and off-site as Learning & Development Project Manager and Deployment Coordinator during implementation of new BOS software with a retailer. He was responsible for writing and implementing the project plan to span three classes of trade - Franchise operation, Canadian commissioned-agent operation, and Company-owned operation. Matt held numerous senior level operations positions with SuperAmerica, Speedway SuperAmerica, Alimentation Couche-Tard, and most recently Region Manager for Pilot Travel Centers. His experience operating units includes hands-on and financial accountability for Branded Fast Foods Subway, Taco Bell, Arby's and Wendy's. Matt was certified as an industry trainer through courses at the University of Kentucky, Ashland Petroleum Company and Vanderbilt University. He has designed classroom training programs and curricula. He managed the "war room" for Speedway SuperAmerica, responsible for setting retail gasoline prices for 2400 locations in twelve states. He served as liaison between Speedway SuperAmerica and parent company Marathon Ashland Petroleum, purchasing fuel each day from the wholesale market to supply locations outside of the MAP distribution network. Matt has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Kentucky.
