Lynne Turmel is a Principal Consultant with Impact 21 Group with over 7 years of petroleum/convenience retail experience and over 13 years in strategic marketing in high tech industries. Lynne has a consistent record of achievement across a broad range of product and service categories. She is a collaborative leader with solid experience in strategic marketing, loyalty marketing, business develop and building high performance, cross-functional teams in the creation of innovative new products and brands. Prior to joining the Impact 21 team, Lynne was the Innovation and Development Manager at Irving Oil. Lynne pioneered an innovative loyalty marketing initiative (OverrideTM) created in July 2007, as a network of highly respected retail brands in the U.S. and Atlantic Canada (Supervalue, Sobey's, Dunkin Donuts and LL Bean) which teamed together to form a rewards network that provides consumers an extraordinary opportunity to lower their individual price of gas at the pump. Responsibilities included loyalty marketing strategy, product requirements, competitive analysis, customer experience research, vendor/supplier program development, consumer analytics, a network brand strategy and partner development.
Prior to the petroleum/convenience retail experience, Lynne was Director of Marketing for networking and telecommunications companies: Cetacean Networks, Interspeed, Trans National Communications and CTC Communications. Lynne has a Bachelor of Arts from Regis College and Masters of Business Administration from Suffolk University.
