Deana Craig, Business Analyst with Impact 21 Group has over 18 years of experience in office management in convenience/retail, dental, medical, and credit card processing fields.
During her three years with Impact 21 Group, she has predominately been working with retailers collecting and integrating information into a Marketbasket analysis model. She does the comparison analysis and creates the presentation of findings. Deana also conducts research through the internet and with individual taxing authorities for US tax information on cigarette excise taxes and maintains a model to track current tax and tax changes throughout US.
Prior to joining the Impact team, for four years Deana managed a District office of one of the largest credit card processors in the US. In addition to supporting the large sales team, she was the area "escalated issue" customer service specialist. Over the years, she implemented upgraded software systems in every office she managed, completely converting three of the offices from paper to all electronic record keeping. Her history also includes writing the User's Manual for (PAM Systems) a dental practice management software, as well as on-site training for their new users.
Deana has an Associate of Science degree in Computer Programming from Sullivan University.
